How pre-ordering works

  1. Place your pre-order. Add to cart and check out as normal. Payment is taken today to reserve your pair.
  2. We make your order. Once the pre-order window closes, we begin production on the exact quantities reserved.
  3. We ship to you. Orders ship from mid-July 2026, with a tracking email the moment yours is on its way.

Yes — reach out before your order ships and we'll sort out a cancellation or change.

Returns & refunds for pre-orders

Pre-orders are made to order. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund — just contact us with your order number. Once your order has been delivered, the following applies by region.

United States

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the item.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer — unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it and send a replacement or full refund.

European Union

  • You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting the day you receive your order — no reason needed.
  • Let us know within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
  • We refund the full order value, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days (we may wait until the item is back with us).
  • Customers cover the direct cost of return shipping.
  • If an item is faulty, your statutory guarantee rights apply in addition to the above.
